We all need to keep fit, whatever age. When you have a focus to your fitness training it makes the whole process easier and much more fun. All the fitness aspects of Dynamic Self Defence include core training as we believe this to be the basis of all techniques. The system allows for people with little or no fitness to start from scratch and build themselves up to a high level of cardiovascular and strength ability. It is not an automatic process, as the student puts in time and effort over a number of years, but we support the process with a clear guide to achieve your goals.
THE RIGHT MARTIAL ART
You may have tried kick boxing, maybe thought about judo or even considered jujitsu or karate. Well, Dynamic Self Defence is made up of all these martial arts and others, it has taken what we believe to be the most street applicable techniques from various arts and brought them together in an easy to learn, fun way that will appeal to all levels of students
