the dynamic self defence junior belt levels and manuals
Dynamic Self Defence offers a white to black belt grading system, allowing students to improve their technique and be rewarded with a higher grade belt colour. Students will be continuously assessed, with short and long term goals to help their development.
White Belt - This belt is given to all beginners and takes students

Yellow Belt - As a yellow belt, students begin to experience more self defence applications. For more information download the Yellow Belt Manual.
Orange Belt - Students are still at an early stage of learning, this
belt reinforces the skills learnt to date. For more information download

Green Belt - This is the highest beginner's level. For more information download the Green Belt Manual.
Blue Belt - Now the basics have been learnt, blue belt level starts to
build a more dynamic technique and is the beginning of intermediate
