Dynamic Self Defence offers a white to black belt grading system, allowing students to improve their technique and be rewarded with a higher grade belt colour. Students will be continuously assessed, with short and long term goals to help their development.


White Belt Manual
White Belt -   This belt is given to all beginners and takes students through the basics of self defence. For more information download the White Belt Manual
Yellow Belt Manual
Yellow Belt - As a yellow belt, students begin to experience more self defence applications. For more information download the Yellow Belt Manual
Orange Belt Manual
Orange Belt - Students are still at an early stage of learning, this belt reinforces the skills learnt to date. For more information download the Orange Belt Manual.
Green Belt Manual
Green Belt - This is the highest beginner's level. For more information download the Green Belt Manual
Blue Belt Manual
Blue Belt - Now the basics have been learnt, blue belt level starts to build a more dynamic technique and is the beginning of intermediate training. For more information download the Blue Belt Manual
Purple Belt Manual
