Dynamic Self Defence offers a white to black belt grading system, allowing students to improve their technique and be rewarded with a higher grade belt colour. Students will be continuously assessed, with short and long term goals to help their development.
Red Belt Manual
Red Belt - The advanced colour belts start with red, the focus is on building the foundations that lead to the black belt, fitness and training drills are key. For more information download the Red Belt Manual.      
Red with Brown Stripe Manual
Red with Brown Stripe Belt - Reaction times start to become important here with more advanced drills, while incorporating equipment such as chest protectors, shields and focus mitts. For more information download the Red with Brown Strip Belt Manual.      
Brown Belt Manual
Brown Belt - AT this level, students progress to groundwork and advanced close range drills, as well as weapon awareness drills and spinning kicks. For more information download the Brown Belt Manual.
Brown Belt with one Black Stripe
Brown Belt with one Black Stripe - Advanced stick defences and in fighting drills are the focal point of this level, applying self-defence skills to a variety of scenarios. For more information download the Brown with one Black Stripe Belt Manual.
Brown Belt with two Black Stripe
Brown Belt with two Black Stripes - This is the highest colour belt rank in the senior level. Students must consolidate and refine their skills ready for the advanced Black Belt Classes.
