Part time shifts shared, starting with 6 month trial
Working hours = TBC
DSD Academy, Alderton Crescent, Hendon, NW4 3XU + satellite location (Edgware) – you need to be locally based
About DSD Academy:
A multi discipline, full time, purpose built training centre for self defence, combat sports, martial arts and fitness.
All rounder: – based at our Reception desk: answer incoming calls / greet customers/visitors – deal with class/booking enquiries/registrations/payments.
– maintain excellent customer rapport/make outgoing calls or send emails to online enquirers/previous members
– assist with our health & safety measures – responsible for opening / closing up of the building
– general office duties/tasks as they arise
IT Literate, MS Outlook + Excel
Qualifications / Skills:
Good communicator (verbal + written)
Ideal = someone who has previously worked within a customer service and/or sales role
Common sense essential, able to work independently. Clear spoken voice, bright, articulate. Competent, warm/personable, can-do attitude, enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible, punctual, reliable.
