WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR EACH CLASS?

These classes require the following training kit:

KRAV MAGA

  • DSDA Tshirt (regular or sporty)

  • KM Trousers

  • Boxing gloves

  • MMA/Gel gloves

  • Groin guard

  • Mouth guard

  • Forearm guards (recommended)

  • Knee guards (recommended)

  • Shin guards (recommended)

MUAY THAI

  • DSDA Tshirt

  • Boxing gloves

  • Hand wraps

  • Shin Guards (for sparring)

  • Mouth guard (for sparring)

  • Groin guard (for sparring)

BOXING

  • DSDA Tshirt

  • Boxing gloves

  • Hand wraps

  • Mouth guard (for sparring)

  • Head guard (for sparring)

MMA

  • Rash guard (smooth long sleeve top)
