ADULT CLASS LEVELS
Timetable explained
NO LEVEL STATED:
These classes are mixed level = for all levels Beginner to Advanced: Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu / Submission Grappling, Cardio.
BEGINNERS:
Specifically geared to Beginners / those wanting to train on the fundamentals of a discipline. Krav Maga Beginners should start here before going into the mixed level classes.
ADVANCED:
Only for highly experienced practitioners at the invitation of the instructor for that discipline. Usually involves sparring with full protective gear.

KIDS CLASS LEVELS / AGES
Timetable explained
CLASS LEVELS:
All kids classes are for newcomers/beginners to advanced level unless labelled 'Beginners'. Children will work according to their level within the class.
CLASS AGES:
Timetable stated class age according to SCHOOL YEAR. The youngest we start is from School Year 1. Early Teens classes go up to School Year 9 or 10 after which they can join our adult classes.
WHEN TO BOOK:
Our classes run similar to school terms - see Kids class page for class dates. (We usually run camps/courses during holidays). Newcomers can start at any time - request a trial and start from there.
